Stock market is looking risky

Now at this time stock market is looking very risky. Sensex and Nifty going up and up without any correction why ? Is there something wrong in the market or any thing else it is very horrible for me and i am now away from stock market I will never enter in market without any good and healthy correction.What other people think i don't know.
